Caribbean Bananas
(microwave recipe) Serves 4
Take 4 bananas, 2 oz butter, 2 Tbs soft brown sugar and 2 tbs dark rum
Place butter in microwaveable dish, cover and melt on high for 1 min
Stir in sugar and rum, and microwave on high for 1 min
Add peeled bananas, baste with syrup, cook for 4 mins on high
Serve with chilled cream or ice-cream
