My "diamonte" poem
Bi-polar

Happiness
High spirits
Smiling, laughing, enjoying
Light hearted, Dark despair
Sorrowing, suffering, agonising
Deep melancholy
Misery

How I wish that the wonderful happiness that you brought to us had remained with us. - the misery long forgotten.
I felt very upset with all that shocking misery left on my mind.
I don't understand! Have I upset you Skip?
No more than one of my many weaknesses. I always like happy endings.
Goodness - I never thought it would affect you like that!
Try this then:
Tears
Are natures
Wonderful release
Bringing peace and comfort,
So joy and contentment
May flower once more
In the pastures
Of our minds.

Brilliant
..Well done xx
Thanks Milly - how're ya doin?

..hows things with you..All good i hope? xxx
All's calm on the Western front, ta Milly.
I used to love harvest festival when I was at school. I was in a church school till I was 11, and we always used to have to take some fruit or vegetables or some such to the harvest festival service, and the church was all decked out with sheaves of corn and "flower" arrangements made with fruit and vegetables.....and we always sang "We plough the fields and scatter the good seeds on the land......." Great hymn that one
Glad ya good hun ![]()
I remember my harvest's festival's fondly..We sang proper hymn's too..And then delivered baskets of fruit and veg to the old people on the estates after..Not like what they do here now.. they don't even do a traditional harvest either..We got asked for money last year! How times change hey *sigh* xx
I just re-posted that comment to you as a blog in "memories group - with hymn! Thought it would go well there
I will go and check it out
